XDP1000 is a water-miscible cutting fluid with high lubricating and cooling properties based on refined mineral oil and anti-wear and anti-oxidant additives. Thanks to its high oil content, it allows to obtain a very good finish of parts and a long life of the tool.
XDP1000 is a cutting product that is suitable for machining metals such as steel, copper, brass and their alloys. 
The application concentration could be between 5% to 6% for light duty operations and between 8% to 10% for heavy duty ones.

Better cooling and lubricating capacity
Good flushing and keeping away chips from cutting zone.
 
Storage Tips:
Store in a closed area at temperatures not below 5ºC or above 40ºC
